Middle-school bullying is legal. Should we criminalize middle-school bullying?

- speedplane 9y agoSchools don't allow bullying. But the criminal justice system is not well tailored to enforce this rule for a variety of reasons. Instead, the school's code of conduct enforces the rule and it leads to a much better result.
