Wait, am I reading this right? All multi-sig wallets are frozen due to this? This is surely concerning, as I've seen others recommend multi-sig wallets as a security best practice.
Can anyone comment on the method in which they might revert this? Would it require a hard fork.. again?

So far, it doesn't look like you can do anything about it. Of course you can change everything with a hard fork but as this time it doesn't compromise the move to PoS, I don't think a hard fork will be the favored solution. But this time, there is no deadline, so it can be discussed thoroughly.
