Very weird doing a lot of JS work after Ruby - I feel the same about Javascript, ES6, ES6++, or Typescript. All the code bases I inherit appear to be verbose, useless cruft just to overcome some limitation or to achieve some useless pattern.

- diminish 9y agoJavascript after ES6. I don't think we'll see ES7 etc - so I name them ES6++.
