It is not obvious to me that the judge intended to order worldwide ISPs unaffiliated with sci-hub to block all traffic to sci-hub. Seems still to be referring to sci-hub's ISP. The reference to search engines is odd, though. Hypothetically, a search engine indexes documents from that court case, and the documents name the address of the outlaw website. Does that violate the order?
