This is what the mgmt of Twitter/Youtube/FB/Uber etc are internally crying about helplessly. This "we'll figure it out as we go along" mentality, is deeply rooted in leadership culture at the moment whether its politics, wall street, silicon valley etc. It did some useful things, but it needs to evolve.
