As someone who literally _just_ ranted on Twitter (and on their 1990s style, "/start.tk" issue website) that Turkish Airlines has never once replied to my messages after losing my bag on the 26th of October: I wish there were a central, democratic review system for airlines, outing them for all their faults. Paying for checked in bags is not fun if the bag doesn't arrive. Fighting for (soon) two weeks to get back what is yours is no fun either. Any public outrage about airline practices gets my upvote.. (I understand that for certain routes you cannot really choose someone else..)
