- fjsolwmv 9y agoIt's a figure of speech that completely hides the identity of the enemy and names others instead, and the elite love that.
- viraptor 9y agoIt's also dangerous. There's going to be people looking up what 1% wealth is. Repeat it enough times and large enough groups will start taking it literally. Just like any social welfare improvements cause disagreement these days in some circles because socialism is bad, and it's halfway to communism, and that's terrible.
- morsch 9y agoI'm sure there's a millionaire somewhere decrying the injustice of wealth distribution, pointing at the billionaires.
- isostatic 9y agoSurely your net wort h would make more sense to see how wealthy you are, the top 1% of wealthy people have a wealth of about $900k upwards. A wealth of $3k would put you in the top half.
