I find that switching between tasks is the most stressful, where I feel overwhelmed most often. And that of course wastes time too. I also find that even though I was productive, its also easy to forget what I learnt. Which makes it wasteful too. I try to keep a learning journal but this itself can take time because I tend to muse - perhaps this is where I should focus on making it more efficient
