Quick question: did the unnamed Twitter employee violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act?
- FLCL 9y agoI doubt it, insofar as employees of Twitter are expected to have authority and access to these tools. That isn't to say that they didn't violate the employee code of conduct.
