Should we also BAN the ability of Management to fire their workers?
Because layoffs also promote a corrosive us-against-them dynamic that destroys the esprit de corps businesses need to succeed.
- lokedhs 9y agoA lot of countries do that already, in particular in Europe. Having worked in such environment, it has both benefits and drawbacks. My personal opinion is that it should be difficult but not impossible for companies to fire employees.
