A million people cut the cord in the last 3 months, cable companies are worried
- swoongoonz 9y agoAnd then the FCC will cut Net Neutrality so we have to pay to use the Internet like a cable package.
- pwncake 9y agoThey do not seem too worried. Comcast raised my basic internet bill by another $20 per month and when I called to cancel they did not even try to keep me.

- fred_is_fred 9y agoSimilar story here. When my promo rate expired my bill went way up, I told them I was going to cancel and they didn't seem interested at all. Usually they would negotiate a bit.
- flukus 9y agoWith this many people quitting I wonder if the call center staff have blown their KPI's already and just given up?
