I wasn't considering semantic tags to be a feature, since that's kind of trivial, but I guess I should've.
I just can't help but feel you're really overcomplicating something that doesn't have to be a problem. Styling is probably the hardest thing to get wrong in a modern web application.

Throwing errors for missing styles is a nice bonus, but nobody is making you use a preprocessor, especially if you use atomic stylesheets, and you've avoided reusing existing code by introducing way more new code. That's not the point of DRY.
