There's nothing to gain from exhausting someone else's quota. People will go to great lengths to exploit anything for profit, but just messing with other people without anything to gain personally -- that's not a good motivation.
- Ajedi32 9y agoDDOS attacks are a well-known attack that falls under the same category. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss this as a valid concern.
