You edit one personal settings JSON file for all of your options. You don't have more than one file and it over rides the options so the only things in your JSO

You edit one personal settings JSON file for all of your options. You don't have more than one file and it over rides the options so the only things in your JSON file are your options and I comment a ton about what and why they are there. I prefer this over any gui system. I can copy and paste this and have the same options across all my machines.
