I think it's due to how the question was formulated. The answer is not really if the person 'likes' a language but more about if the person is looking for a job writing that language. That would also explain why JS is so low in dislikes when it should really be one of the most disliked (there's a whole ecosystem of languages and transpilers that have cropped up just so you _don't_ have to write in it).
