The policy at https://opensource.google.com/docs/cla/policy/ https://opensource.google.com/docs/cla/policy/ talks about minimal personal information collection and says "The two pieces of information that should always be collected from CLA signees are email address and name" — but the form at https://cla.developers.google.com/clas https://cla.developers.google.com/clas has way more required fields :(
