Oh look this has popped to the top of HackerNews again.
- yvoschaap 9y agoFun fact, with over 11k votes, the all-time most upvoted product on ProductHunt.
- bramk 9y agothat is, true ;)
- mindhunters 9y agoBram, how many emails did you collect to do this?
- bramk 9y agoI did not get 11K upvotes on the first day. This is from 2,5 years. After my launch day I was the #2 most upvoted product, 1 week later it was the #1 most upvoted product. I think on the first day it got 1500 upvotes. Check https://medium.com/startup-grind/how-i-launched-the-2-most-upvoted-product-of-all-time-on-product-hunt-f3772fb20ad8 https://medium.com/startup-grind/how-i-launched-the-2-most-u... to read how I launched it.
- mindhunters 9y agoAlso, how much traffic did you get with 11k upvotes from PH?
- ashtube 9y agoDownvote me all you like. I never said it was a bad product. But as Bram says "Over 2.5 years". This isn't new. Therefore not news, therefore shouldn't be at the top of Hacker [New]s.
