You're saying that it is enough just to have will power. I am saying that you must use your will power, and that is two different things. You are just relying on it to make some magic, whereas I am pointing out that you should understand that something is making you do harmful things and then act on it. I guess your concept of will power is severely flawed.
- ThomPete 9y agoWill power is not a thing, its a concept and have to do with much more subtle nuances of the human mind. This is where you are going wrong. You cant just will yourself to do something if other urges are sronger. What you can do is remove the things that obstructs you from doing the "right" things. You are simplifying something much more complex.
