If anything, I would say refinement types make developers more replaceable. If Developer-1 documents all assumptions in the code using refinements, then, when they are replaced with Developer-2, the new developer can be productive more quickly.
- pjmlp 9y agoI agree with you, but most managers don't. They only care about cost centers, Excel reports and who delivers at lower cost per seat.
