I loathe notifications and turn them off as much as I can. "Battery charged" "App updated" "Your device was scanned and no threats were found" I'm busy. When I'm not busy, I'm busy thinking. All of these needless distractions interrupt that. Unless it's a legitimate emergency, I'll ask for the information. I don't want it pushed to me, which is why I've never used feeds.
