I bought a Nokia 216 and cut myself off completely. I revived a long dead habit of manually checking my email once a day (and only once), in addition to that I was no longer permanently online on my various Instant Messengers. I was at my worst when I had a Smartwatch, the damn thing bleeting at me, along with my phone, laptop and computer in succession was beyond irritating.
