Regarding the alternative approaches section (which I'm assuming when complete will include an actual comparison to these alternative approaches?), another alternative approach you might want to mention is that improved mixnet approach that people were talking about last year, that once set up is supposed to be faster than Tor, or maybe mixnets in general since they seem to have a long history.
