It's seriously amazing how much you (and many others) give to the floss community. I do the 9-5 developer thing and enjoy it very much, but I would probably lose my shit if I constantly had random strangers emailing me on my personal accounts demanding help. I joke to myself that I would be the worst floss maintainer in the world and immediately reply to every feature request with an hourly charge out rate.
