It's an interesting proposition that has to be taken up. Globalism is having weird effects on certain urban communities. 'Free Trade' - when applied to our personal domiciles - causes crazy problems. At least for residential property - it should be taxed much more heavily, and possibly banned in some cases by foreigners.
