This position is paid after a 3 month training. This attitude—along with unpaid internships, expectations of "side projects", international experience, etc.—perpetuates a lack of diversity, particularly in under-represented minorities. They're basically saying, "Unless you come from money and can eat 3 months salary, we don't want you." It's pay-to-play in the worst way. Not to mention that no self-respecting person would work in an environment that toxic.
