Is this treated as an environmental crime?

- NegativeLatency 9y agoPeople freak out in the moment, usually there's some kind of fine, and then nothing really changes. Almost like financial crime.
- phyzome 9y agoIn this case, the escaped fish have very little chance of establishing a breeding population, so it's sort of moot.
