This was a well written post mortem and I appreciate Nick's honesty, but it left me with the impression that Walnut closed because the team ran out of willpower. There were a lot of challenges and concerns described, but rather than attempting to surmount the challenge, the team decided to quit (of course, sometimes that's the best choice given the circumstances).
