Their premise is x <-> y. Saying "I can run `python -m SimpleHTTPServer`" doesn't help- it's not the problem they seem to be solving. Or am I wrong?

- stewbrew 9y agoFrom what I gather, it's a php page. You upload 1??? file or download that file - for that you have to know the URL. So it's rather x<->anyone who knows the URL.
