This is really cool. What I'd also like to see is cattle in the US moved off alfalfa and out of feedlots and returned to the range of the buffalo. Migrate a giant herd of cattle across this grass (selectively or early enough it still produces grain) and rebuild the soils of the midwest the way they originally were built. Perennial grass with migratory bovines.
