I like the idea of a place like Portland for affordability/small city/ good public transport, but I also like the idea of sunshine...
- hijinks 9y agoJust moved there. Just outside of Denver. Housing in the really good school districts has doubled. Coming from the Bay area it all seems super cheap. Salaries are almost competitive to the Bay area for some companies if you have a specialty. So far its the best move my family has made.
