Why didnt a similar issue arise with housing during the first SV gold rush (Intel, Fairchild, etc)?
- epistasis 9y agoThey were building housing back then. Lots of suburban housing. Now that the flat land has been built, current owners don't want anything to change and obstruct any new development from roads to housing to public transit.
