100k down is probably out of reach for the vast majority of people.
- s0rce 9y agoSeems reasonable, the vast majority of people in cities can live in more affordable higher density housing like apartments, condos and townhouses. Everyone won't be able to afford a house in dense cities, there simply isn't enough space so they become more expensive.
