Yeah, I was a bit too quick on that one. Imagine only developing .Net from 2005-2007, would you still be interested in their .Net skills if that person switched to Java and has't touched .Net since? "Any coding/tech you've done more than 5-10 years ago and haven't touched since, isn't relevant any more." <- better?
