May have already been said, but what about Bellevue? It's the Microsoft equivalent. I lived on Mercer Island in the early 90's and only thing Bellevue had going for it was the mall. Was bland. Today it's a dynamic area. Better these cities are in demand than decay. In the words of Neil Young, "you're either dying or growing"
