What happens when you have to enter "with" something an arbitrary number of times? That gets very painful.

    arbitrary but fixed number of contexts. What if you wanted to open a variable number of files, as in my example at https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15524395 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15524395 ?
