Though, if you filter for 'English' it still gives second result with description "Une instance francaise...' Also, I found a solution for the language issue, by adding a regex filter: .*[^\u0000-\u007F].* It may be over-filtering a little, I am not sure. But better to filter too much than not enough, I guess.
