Many other people will give you advice here, and I doubt I can top it, so I won't add to it - but I wanted to tell you that you're not alone. Everyone that posts here has flaws. Mine are legion. We're humans, and we're all fallible. That doesn't mean you can't better yourself, but please don't be too hard on yourself for being imperfect. What separates the person you most admire and you isn't as much as you think - in many cases, it's just a bit of luck.
