Don't most religions basically teach this? "Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth"?
- Balgair 9y agoI believe that Garrison Keillor said it best:" The Gospel is meant to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable." Many 'prosperity' gospel folk forget the second half for a few years and don't plan correctly. Then they end up as the first half without any comfort.
