And if you think it's "every man's responsibilty" to police other men simply because they have a penis (and not management's fault for setting the corporate culture and hiring policies) then there's really nothing that can be done to assuage your anger. I mean, why don't we argue for the correlary? Why don't women have to go to "how to behave around men" classes, and show women how to correct and police other women so they don't do things like "gossip too much", and "overreact to dirty jokes" and make faces at men's natural competitiveness? Oh yeah, because that'd be sexist as hell. I mean, I don't live in LA or New York. So maybe metros are some gigantic swampland of bigots roving the high seas as they manspread and mansplain women into submission with their evil boners of death. But in the rest of the country, we're actually able to work with sexes without resorting to passive-aggressive blog posts. It's this thing called "Respect." I try to respect your wishes, and you respect me by not over-reacting and realizing we're all imperfect humans. We work together to find a compromise instead of calling "one side" the good guys and demonizing the other. If your corporate culture isn't professional enough to treat co-workers with respect--regardless of sex, age, disability, religion, and so on--then your corporation sucks and it's not "men's" fault. It's managements.
