> Eats lunch together Is that really high up on the list when people are looking for a new job? I'm perfectly fine working in teams and actively enjoy it for the most part, but lunchtime is my time. I spend it reading articles I've saved for later, studying something unrelated to work, reading a book or even just going for a walk. I like my co-workers a lot and I meet them outside work for nights out/leaving drinks etc. but I still prefer to eat by myself and take a break from everything.
