I really don't understand how you're trying to compare those languages. The first language you name in your "single implementation"-list is Java, which is standardized and has multiple implementations. Maybe it's "quality" or "lack of bloat"? That can't be, because one of the largest clusterfucks in those departments, PHP, is on the left. Maybe you're talking about popularity? The list of "standard clusterfucks" includes C, C++ and (though you don't mention it) JavaScript, which are some of the most popular programming languages in the world. What are you trying to say?
