They were trying to get an app built but without the deep pockets of the VCs they appear to have abandoned it. You call them and they dispatch. I miss the payment side more than the ordering side but I only use them to go to the airport of it isn't really the core case where Uber/Lyft excels. There is a sense of pride and ownership among the drivers. Feels better than both Uber/Lyft and other taxi companies. Doesn't have that desperate feel about it. Co-Ops do work. They have a different set of owners and thus a different set of incentives.
