I am willing to negotiate tens of thousands of dollars for flexible hours and remote. Commute time and costs add up.
- lynnetye 9y agoI'm not sure where you are based, but there are some remote-friendly and all-remote teams listed on Key Values (keyvalues.io). Many people define work/life balance as a 40-hour work work, but I would be willing to negotiate tens of thousands of dollars and more hours/week if I had the flexibility to work when and where I wanted to.
