I thought I was good at hiring - doing it for 20y - but have no idea.
Three things I want to learn from a candidate:
- Does she/he feel responsible?
- Does she/he self reflect and learn or blame others?
- Can he/she solve problems on her/his own?
Any ideas on how to find out?
