- indemnity 9y agoFirst thing I did when promoted to a position of responsibility - Gave all developers Macs if they wanted them. Cue disappearance of frequent grumbling about “IT”, since worst they can do now is install McAfee, which is worked around by exclusions for devs (with absolutely everything thrown into exclusion folder!). Shit actually gets done and “fuckin IT” is no longer a valid excuse for not delivering.
