So if you want to buy most cryptocurrencies the path of least resistance (for most people) is to buy bitcoin and then buy something else. That of course doesn't say why someone would want to buy any cruptocurrency, but if you primary concern is the low TPS on Bitcoin and Ethereum then there's plenty of other options.
