You could end up being sent to prison for 5 years and a 5 year driving ban while in prison. If you kill someone by dangerous driving then you should be banned for life.

- PoachedSausage 9y agoDriving vehicles requires that you undergo training and obtain a licence, it could be argued that cyclists should have to do the same, but laws need to be proportional. Several ton metal boxes can kill people a lot easier than cyclists.
