The Bill&Melissa Gates foundation wasted a lot of money on the "Love life" programme. It was essentially a program that was supposed to use advertisements to encourage youths to practice safe sex. It turned out into more of a sex advertisement and soft money for advertisers and managers (i.e. completely misspent money). The media did not complain though (since they received a shitload of advertisement money).
