Quick Googling suggests it's more than went to Houston shortly after Harvey, less than eventually went to the New York area after Sandy (but that's the entire federal relief effort), far less than was needed for Katrina (but I didn't immediately see how much NO got from the feds). In short, I don't think readers in this thread can tell if that's enough money or not, without doing a lot of research on their own.
