- zanny 9y agoIf only Houston produced carbon and the rest of the world were carbon neutral the 4 million residents of the metro area wouldn't be able to raise the temperature of Earth a degree in a millennia at current emissions rates. This is why Climate Change is hard. Individually nobody is causing that much damage (except maybe Californian cows) but the sum of the parts causes an extraordinary problem.
